To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Worldwide Global Technology Solutions LLC arising out of or related to these Terms or the provision of Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to Worldwide Global Technology Solutions LLC for the specific Services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Given the nature of our Services, Clients acknowledge that technology system performance depends on many factors beyond our control, including infrastructure availability, network connectivity, third-party software reliability, and user behavior. Worldwide Global Technology Solutions LLC shall not be liable for outcomes resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control.

Fees paid in advance for Services not performed due to a Force Majeure Event will be prorated and refunded or credited.
The party affected by a Force Majeure Event shall promptly notify the other party of the event, its expected duration, and the steps being taken to mitigate its impact. Failure to provide timely notice may limit the protections of this section.
These Terms, together with any service agreement entered into between you and Worldwide Global Technology Solutions LLC and any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of our Website and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.
